Can't "send" numbers on certain HFL calls?
I just picked up my new TSX with navigation last week, and I love it.
However, I have had some minor issues with the HandsFree Link phone. I travel a lot, and I often must call American Airlines on the road to check flight times, gates, etc.
When American's auto voice system answers, I try to push the HFL button so I can say "send 1" to get to AA's main menu. However, when I push the button, nothing happens. No beep, no response from the phone.
When I call my office voicemail, I can simply say "send password" and everything works fine. Any reason why this isn't working when I call American Airlines?
