Very sorry if this is a repeat but I searched and didn't find much on the topic. This was a present from someone who thought the proper way to park was to actually hit the car in front of you. :angryfire So this is a scratch on the rear bumper - about 1" long. Acura has a guy that can repair for $300. Any suggestions or pointers to links on doing it yourself?

Check out http://www.exceldetail.com/quixx.html or ask Exceldetail what he thinks about it in the wash and wax forum. You might be able to use a bit of touch up paint and the quixx kit to fix it yourself. Even if you don't get the repair absolutely perfect, the damage is so low on the bumper it wont stuck out like it does currently.
