bumper sags 1/8" down

bumper sags 1/8" down
there's like an 1/8 inch gap between the bottom of the light housings on either side. and it looks like the bumper is sagging down in the middle (corner edges are fine). anyone who took apart their bumper know which screw(s) hold it around that area???? i lent my helms to a friend so i can't get it..
it looks like part #42 here, that i may need to replace...

There aren't any screws that hold the bumper under the headlights. It's actually a peice of metal that runs below the headlight. It is only connected with a screw and a bolt. Onc bolt is underneath the high beam and is screwed directly to the frame and the other is toward the fenderwell. That peice of metal may be bent. It looks like number 10 is the peice.

you can probably just take off the bumper and bend that metal piece back up. it should "sag" though, did you bump anything?
