Brake and Tune Up question

I'm pretty much due for a brake change and Tune Up. When i brake my steering wheel vibrates and i hear squeaking. Also too, i've noticed that when i press my clutch it's a little harder to press then it was when i first purchased my TSX. Another thing too is i've noticed that i haven't been getting good gas mileage. Even on the freeway my AVG MPG is around 20-21mpg. My question is how much am I going spend for all of it? What exactly are they going to do during a tune up? I wish i was more informed about these things but that's what Acurazine is for right? Thanks ya'll...

Another thing i forgot to mention was I live in the Los angeles/orange county area and i would like to know if there are any reputable shops that i can go to. I prefer quality and really don't mind paying too much as long as I know they'll do a damn good job.

What's the year of your tsx? How many miles? In the past, where have you gotten it serviced? Stealership(s)?

I have the 06 TSX with slightly over 50k in mileage. I've been getting my car serviced (oil change, tire rotation, alignment) at Firestone auto care. I don't want to have Firestone do my brakes because i'm sure they're other shops out there that can charge me possibly cheaper with great quality. I just think that Firestone over charges a lot for their stuff. I go to firestone ONLY for the lifetime alignment and tire rotation.

Is it the Firestone across from the Norwalk Square? Across from the 99 cent store? I used to get my oil change and wheel alignment done there too.

Actually it's the Firestone Auto on South Street, across the street from Target. I've been going there since i purchased my TSX. I think they have great service but like i said in my previous post they charge an arm and a leg for everything else.
