Two problems wanted to check on.

If i floor my car with the auto transmission, i'll take my foot off the gas and the car doesn't seem to drop gears...it stays up in the 5000 rpm range in 3rd gear.

Anyone else see this?

also my wiper fluid thing got clogged in cold weather but following a few warm days didn't seem to fix the problem...is this a known problem or just a cold weather problem?

 

No, actually I find my automatic TSX reacts very quickly to slowing down when I release the gas pedal.

 

Does the TSX have an adaptive transmission where it trains itself to your driving style? I've noticed this sort of thing when breaking also but not to the degree of revving to 5000 RPM.
