I've had two individuals come and try to replace the clutch on my 04 TSX manual here at my home in my garage.

The first individual worked on the vehicle for about 10 hours disassembling everything until they got to a point where they were dumbfounded why they could not get the transmission out and then quit on me and left everything disassembled.

I had someone from a local dealership come down and pick up where the other one left off and after about a half hour into it gave up and told me that they could not complete the job where the vehicle was without taking it to a shop to get it on a lift.

Turns out I guess the TSX has a sub-frame he says needs to be removed before the transmission can be dropped. They were not willing to work on the vehicle in the garage where it was.

Problem is now, everythign is not disassembled and the vehicle isn't towable so it's stuck where it is for now.

Is anyone in Las Vegas that has performed a clutch replacement on a TSX before???

What was wrong with the clutch in the first place. Was it slipping?

How many miles do you have on the TSX?

Slipping to the point where I had a hard time just getting it into the driveway.

The vehicle has about 90,000 miles, now.
