For the past couple of months my A/C has been running a bit warm. Only when I would change the temp. to LO would the A/C run cold, Even if I turned it up one degrees the air would come out warm. Now, since the other day all that comes out is straight hot air . Even when changed to LO, I haven't arranged an appointment with Acura yet. I wanted to see if any of you have run across the same problem. Me I figure I might just have to replace the A/C filters. Let me know your experience and fixes. Thanks ahead of time.

Possible leak.. still under warranty ? my old car, did the same.. couldn't produce cold air and eventually all warm... I dont know if there is ac filter. They might have to use the uv dye and have you come back in a few days.

 

you had a leak, I don't think its still under warranty cause it has close to 45,000 miles and its an 04. How much did it run you to repair.

 

Bumper to bumper warr. coverage is 4yrs/50K miles. I'd imagine it's covered unless there's impact damage to the A/C condenser.

 

I'm gonna check it out this week and send it to the dealership...THanks for the help.

 

04 tsx blew hot took it in shims came out of the clutch they replaced complete compressor,clutch and maganet good cold air dealer waranty in lakeland fl

 

I'm having this problem with my '04 TSX right now. The problem is that it will only blow hot intermittently and every time I take it in it's blowing cold when they test it. It's kind of a nuisance, but I have a strange feeling i'm going to be trading it in soon anyway...
