About drive belt

did u guys pay attention on the auto-tensioner of the drive belt?According to the owner's manual, the pointer on the auto-tensioner should be in the proper range. where is the proper range?

Auto-Tensioner

I looked closely at mine and on the engine side it has a small pointer and on the tensioner it has a mark that looks like a wedge. I assume the pointer must be somewhere in the wedge area. Probably the wedge shows from least to most wear.

If it is not making noise, you don't have to worry about it.
Those things last a long time.

but if it is time to change the timing chain, you should replace all these tensioner and idler because they all spin at engine speed at thoursands of rpm.
