2007 Acura CSX - Passenger Side Headlight Flickering
Hello everyone,
I’m having a problem with my 2007 Acura CSX.
To start I want to say that my vehicle came with OEM stock HIDs for the highbeams which are the nighttime lights.
Now to my problem...
About two or three months ago my passenger side headlight started flickering here and there… I didn’t think anything of it until it started doing it more often than not...
I ordered a used ballast and igniter from a wrecking yard which was OEM, not aftermarket, and I had my mechanic install it... But not long after it started doing the exact same thing.
I thought it might be the bulb itself so I had my mechanic install two brand new Phillips D2R bulbs in both headlights Hoping that would solve the problem.
Unfortunately it continues to do the exact same thing only on the passenger side headlight. The driver side headlight remains unaffected.
Can someone please help me figure out what the problem might be?
I thought of either performing a battery terminal service or just replacing the battery itself, but I thought I would reach out to some fellow Acura owners before I do so.
Thank you to everyone in advance for all of your help and suggestions !
Nick.
