2005 TSX Navi GPS will not acquire signal after Replace Battery
MY 2005 TSX will not acquire a GPS signal after replacing battery it says wait 10 mins and i do that and after 10 mins it tells me it cant acquire a gps Signal.. I have done this about 10 times in different locations. So what i end up doing is manually placing the tracker on the screen to my aprox location and that works for the most part... I have a question on that also when i manually place the icon tracker is it just guessing and following the lines on the map as i move ? because it gets all out of whack when i go into a parking structure. Anyways would the above happen if it originally aquired a signal rather than having me manually set my tracking icon to the correct location ? Thanks in advance guys

I just had my Navi DVD unit serviced, and after reinstalling, it went through the boot-up and the 10 minute GPS setup. At first, I just had the ignition on but appearently that wasn't enough. The engine has to be running for it to acquire the GPS signal.
