Well I brought my car into the dealer for 1st oil change and servicing. I had these kind of rattles/crackling noises coming from the dash (wheneveR I hit a hole or something) the dealer said he couldn't find it. What should I do? Also my passenger seat has a massive rattle in a certain position (to no suprise dealer said he couldn't find it either...) I am going to emulate the situation for them again, but they are so insistent that they are right. What do i do after?

 

I work at a dealership, and whenever we cant find something we have the mechanic go for a ride with the custumer.

So because you know when the squeeks happen, ask to have a mechanic or service wrighter go on a ride with you so you can show them. Its a little weird they did not offer this in the first place!?!?!
