'08 AT/Nav...Only 1 month old and already a problem?

Hey everyone. Just want to start by saying that I really enjoy the site and have found it to be very helpful.

I searched the posts in attempt to find someone that might have a similar issue, but I didn't find anything that sounded quite like my problem.

Here's the deal...

I had a 2006 TSX AT/Nav that I bought brand new, put 14,000 miles on it and it was totaled last year. Wasn't my fault, car protected me beautifully in the accident, never had a maintenence issue---perfect car.

So, I bought an '08 AT/Nav about a month ago to replace my other car.

Drove it off of the lot with 3 miles on it. Since the day I've had it, when taking off from a complete stop, there is a "rubbing" noise you can hear from the front right wheel area of the car. Some things that I've noticed-

-Only seems to do it upon acceleration
-When you let off of the gas, the noise stops
-Only present between 1 - 25 mph
-Seems to be more obvious when taking off from a turn (like when at a stop sign and making a right turn) Although, it will do it when taking off in a straight line, too.

The noise isn't extremely obvious. One other person has been able to hear it, but a couple other passengers have not been able to hear it when I point it out.

What's most frustrating, the dealer can't hear it and therefore indicates nothing is wrong or abnormal.

My brother seems to think that it might have something to do with the torque converter but, isn't sure. He asked if I noticed any "bumps" or "grabs" when it settles into the final gear at highway speeds but I haven't experienced any of that.

Again, no other problems seems to be associated with this. Have been on two 600+ roadtrips for the holidays and the car was great.

Would appreciate any information, thoughts, or ideas you might have on this. Otherwise, I'm in the dark until it gets worse, etc.

Lookin' forward to what you come up with.

Looks like you will be able to post next week on how satisfactory your dealer service experience was.

they should keep the car and give you a loaner until they duplicate the sound/noise. Its a brand new car.. be demanding!
