04 TSX hesitating...

This morning I turned the car on and the vsa light and check engine light came on. I noticed it began to hestitate when accelerating and on my way home it felt like it was going to almost die when stopped with my AC on. The AC became warm when idling. Any idea what the problem could be?
P.S.
Then check engine and VSA lights turned back off on my way home.

its a 2004 with 172,000. Had my buddy whos a mechanic look at it. He said its possibly a central computer problem, which he said it might be time to look for a new vehicle.

OK:

P0341 - Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor and Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor Incorrect Phase Detected

U0122 - F-CAN Malfunction (VSA-Engine Control Module (ECM)/Powertrain Control Module (PCM))

P0341 can be the VTC Oil Control Solonoid...but can also be caused by ECM/PCM issues. Given the U0122 code, your friend may be right. The trouble shooting process is quite involved and requires a number of specialized items. One possibility would be the replacement of the ECM/PCM with a "known good unit". Then, if the codes clear and the car drives well, perhaps find a used unit somewhere that will warrant it for a period?

I found rebuilt ECM's for your car at $395 plus $50 core charge, lifetime warranty. I don't know how reliable this seller is.
