Hello everyone...just go a hold of a 04 TSX 6spd /Navi used...didn't realize till later that the driver side low beam is out...ordere some HID bulbs and replaced it no luck...Then realized that the fuse was blown...should have checked that first <---STUPID. Anyway...the bad problem...light still does not work. High beam is fine...bulb switched to other side works fine....Any help would be great....THANKS ahead of time..

check your ballast

 

i dont know, if it's the fuse, usually both sides go out. check your wiring, maybe one of your wires got messed up.

 

Thanks for all the suggestions and the welcome guys....for right now, after reading about the recall and noticing moisture in that same headlight we are taking it to Acura to hopefully fix that first. After some research and your help I think it is the ballast...but WOW those things are high.

 

I have the same problem with one of my headlights, and I think it is the ballast. Does anyone know how much a ballast would cost? and also how much they would charge to install it? thanks.

If it's #9 (Part# 33119-SCC-003 CONTROL UNIT ASSY.) in the above pic, should be about $172

 

You can find cheap ballast on eBay !

(and if you dont care so much, you can replace it with a regular OEM hid ballast from another car.. but then you need to manually connect the wires)
