Wait...so you will get a check from the insurance company for $13K (for the repair) and then you'll sell the unrepaired car for $10K ? That's not that bad. But I think an 05, with Navi would be worth more than $23K.

You didn't say if you got it repaired or not. But if you got an ins. check for $13K + the $10,800 (unrepaired?) offer = $23,800 in your pocket after all is said and done. That's about what KBB is saying a 2005 AT/Navi in Good condition is worth to a private party ($24,140). I'd say take the money and run.

You were just a bit faster on the submit key than me.

But a 2005 w/Navi and in good condition isn't going for much more according to KBB. I think he's getting a pretty good deal.

All things considered, I'd probably take it.

Is the car paid off? If so, take it...

If not, what do you still owe on it? Obviously if your still over $23K its not worth it.

Dont know what your waiting for then. Selling a reparied car is a lot harder then selling one already wrecked, and you already have a buyer for that.

Scrounge up a little more cash and you've got an 06...Thats if you want another TSX.
