Don't listen to me.
Jacuzzi is nice. But its a bitch fitting two in there (talking from experience). I have the same style oak cabinets in my house. Only mine have a two inch crown molding.
Hey Jate, make sure you go over every little thing with a fine tooth comb before you close escrow. I find that if you push the issue things get done a lot faster. If you sign escrow papers, all of a sudden you don't matter to them anymore.

Tip: If the jaccuzi has scuff looking marks on it, conventional cleaner won't get it out. Make the builder do it.
Tip 2: take lots of pics of everything. If something is wrong mail a letter with pic of what needs to be repaired.
Tip 3: After you buy the house you will notice that grout will crack when it settles. Ask your contractor if he will fix it when it does. Also when the house settles on the foundation (about 1 year) you might want the AC unit check. I have a unit in my attic that tilted slightly and leaked water in my house through the celling. Apearentally the AC unit needs to be leveled a couple months after the house is purchased.

Oh lastly check your keys. You should be given two keys for every lock in the house. Even if one key opens everything, each lock still comes with 2 keys.
My house has a total 8 locks (on four doors) to the outside. They gave me 15 keys. I should have recieved 16 keys. Later about 3 months I look in the breaker box and there is the 16th key.
Anyone could of used that key to get in my house, and I would of never know it.
