Looks good
question/concern: Do they appear dimmer if you look at it from an angle and not directly behind? Reason I ask is because since they took out the reflectors, the light output relies solely on the LEDs, and those LED's tend to have a narrow output angle. I've seen some LED retrofits were they were blinding if you're directly behind the car, and pretty dim when you were, say, two lanes apart from it...

More Pics + Short movie clip of the turn signals blinking = Group buy for me
BTW fury, did you get these to be adaptive LED's meaning they change in intensity in brightness by the brakes being applied or not??

I'm glad most of you like it, and if not criticism is always welcome. I'm very happy with how these came out. I stayed up all night Tuesday and worked into Wednesday afternoon to get these out to Fury before Friday. We had 3 other orders to finish last week and all that stress plus lack of sleep sent me to the emergency room with a 3 day long 105 degree fever lol. But its ok as long as they came out well. Like I said I was in the hospital so, I'm sorry if I havent responded to any messages, please don't take it personally. As far as orders I'm sorry to say I can't take any right now because we need to make sure they are ready for the market.
The LEDs do shine from different angles, the reason we do not use the regular 5mm leds is because with those you either get wide viewing angle and small output, or vice versa. The 'square' LEDs we use (SuperFlux LEDs) are used because they have a huge viewing angle and huge output. They are designed for automotive applications. Please be patient with the company and I, I'd love to get a groupbuy going, but I don't want to sell something that I'm not sure will be 100% reliable. Thanks guys,
-Mike

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but the taillights mounted on the trunk do not have a wire for the brakes, thats why I couldn't put LEDs for the brakes in there. The only way to accomplish it would be to run extra wiring through the outer taillights up the trunk struts and to the taillights.

Also, fury, did you notice that in the daytime, when ur lights are off, and u step on the brake, the outer taillights turn on (both the large and small ring).
At night, with headlights on, the 4 rings turn on, and the smaller ring plus your third brake light act as brake lights.

those are sick. i'd want in on the group buy too, but is it just a simple pop and drop in thing?
also, if i were to do this, id prefer standard bulbs on the signal lights. led turn signals will probably annoy ppl behind you. i know i am when im behind a BMW 3 series with them. those signal blinker LEDs are annoyingly bright and blinding...
