Don't tell me you had to do all this just to install, whatever that thing is in your sunglasses case.

But I'll guess....RHD conversion?

CCC, you won't clue us in on the project, but can you tell us when you'll be done?

Are you also doing an extensive weight reduction to the car? Considering superleggera means superlight (? correct if wrong).

Title is misleading....

There are a few reasons to remove an interior... some are for styling and some are for chassis rigidity.

If you don't dynamat the whole car and put in a baller ass system while you've got everything pulled out, you're wasting your time.

If this thread isn't updated and gets as stupid as the last one... same result.

Couldn't be for weight reduction, the sunvisors are still there and they weigh at least 200 grams!

do what you want but I am not sure what you want. you guys will see what it is when it is done but that is how it sits at the current moment. I am not holding back on the build pictures so calm down. that is the most recent picture. between work and school that is as far as I have gotten on the project.

Give it up... you're gonna drop a J35 in there. LOL

Post up pics as you get them as I can see this is a long term project.

Either tell us what you are doing or save the posts for until after you are done.

Don't post up some random picture of a stripped interior with a vague thread title with no description of what's going on. All that does is invite people to make stupid posts and there's enough of that in Ramblings. We don't need it here as well.

This site has changed so much in the last 2 year, meh. Whatever then, sorry for a build thread I will be sure only finished projects are posted from now on with no build posts since that is not allowed on this site. Even post whoring is restricted to rambling only now which means you cant have one based on something about the TSX cause people in rambling are just like WTF is this about and 90% of the people in the tsx section dont visit rambling. Oh and no this was not an attempt what so ever about post whoring just a statement in general to go along with how this site has changed. Just trying to say how this site used to be very open and lose and over the years has gotten way more uptight about everything.

And we're done.

The site has become more restrictive, but that has much to do with the growth of the site. By limiting the places where people can act stupid, the overall quality of the site has improved.

As for your posts, posting a build is fine, but don't just say I'm building a modded TSX and post a picture of a stripped interior, expecting people to sit and wait. If you want to post a build, that's fine, but tell us what your end goal is. Just saying you want to build a modded TSX is like me saying I'm a human being. Not at all descriptive and completely useless information.

So, take from it what you will, but the fact of the matter is that since you're not going to tell us what you're doing until after it's done, it's not worth posting until it is finished. If you change your mind and would like to share with us what you're going to be doing and would like to share the build steps, then by all means, feel free to send me a PM and I will unlock the original thread.

Colts, if you want to share whats going on and invite an open thread (that you provide info and pics for) I'm all for it. PM me I'll open this one, merge the two together, and remove our stupid comments.

Most of us around here like your car, and are interested by default in any project you're going to do. Inquiring minds what to know! So, when you post some BS like this and then provide 0 context and say its a secret, its an insult to the user base and a waste of Acurazine; not to mention inviting copycat BS that we have no need for. You basically patented the TSX teaser thread, and god knows those are annoying enough.

My point is: if you're just going to tease us, the thread is as useless as "how do i turbo my TSX?" POST when you've got something to SHARE. This is just my opinion, not the collective opinion of Acurazine.
