I tried using a literally almost identical size o-ring from a paintball gun and got rid of the leak to an extent but I think it might be a little to thing and I am to low on power steering fluid to check it out now so unless I can find honda power steering fluid and a exact same size o-ring somewhere on a sunday then I will have to wait till monday to test it out again which really sucks.

Let me know what you do that works b/c I think I'm having the same problem.

finally got part yesterday and fixed everything. runs great. the additional power is great but I have to say I was hoping it would be faster than my 01 CL-S auto. It might beat it in a drag race but not sure. Should dyno higher but think it might lack acceleration of the cl. New thread with install pics and more impressions later on this week. I have to say though I am addicted and want more and I am also addicted to the whine.

well first check you o-rings. then one they are ok you need to take off the power steering cap and turn the wheels one full turn each direction until you have no air bubble in the resevoir. then repeat with the car running with the cap off as well.

Congrats and welcome to the club. As for it feeling as fast as a CL, your talking 3.2 liter v6 with considerably more torque. Plus, the auto doesn't help with the s/c. Converting to manual will def. make it run better. Are you getting the 5.5 peak psi out of it?
