Some of you had some good guesses and I wish I got what other people guessed like the ducktail spoiler or Mugen grill. So here's what was inside the boxes:
H&R Front (28mm) & Rear (22mm) Swaybars
![](http://img56.imageshack.us/img56/853/hrsways18om.th.jpg)
JDM Ion Plasma Foglights
![](http://img210.imageshack.us/img210/4807/jdmfoglights25ff.th.jpg)
Mugen Intake
![](http://img81.imageshack.us/img81/1070/mugenparts68wc.th.jpg)
The sway bars have already been installed and there is a noticeable improvement in handling and steering response. The H&R front sway is also much heavier than the OEM bar. The H&R front sway probably weighs more than both the OEM F&R combined.
I installed the Mugen intake myself about 2 weeks ago. Install was relatively straight forward. I eventually figured out where some of the extra pieces were supposed to be placed considering I can't read Japanese. I'll take some better pics of the intake next week.
I'll be installing the ion foglights next week since I have to work this weekend

These items did cost a pretty penny, but I had placed an order & deposit on the sway bars and intake months ago, so I had time to put the rest of the money together. But looking back at the receipts, it does make me cringe a little bit.
xizor - The overall handling of the car feels great - firm, better response and more stable through the turns. My mechanic didn't have any major problems installing the front sway - he did have slight fitment problems, but he just slightly modified the factory bushings and everything fits well.

Thanks everyone for the positive feedback.
lito - I'm trying to move up the JDM modding ladder. I still have the modding bug from my old TL-S.

For you guys that asked about the foglights, the foglight lens has a yellowish/blueish tint to it as compared to the clear lens of the OEM fogs. I haven't installed the JDM fogs yet, so I can't comment on fitment just yet.
The fogs are actually for the JDM Honda Integra (DC-5) and were ordered through JapanParts.com and cost $300+ since it includes wiring, housings, interior switch, etc.
TSX420J - were you asking about the picture in my avatar or deanlim's avatar?

I spend 2 much time here
fredorn, regarding those fogs, first off you should definately invest in rockblocker film so that you dont crack them, my question though is will those fit in the oem fog light space without having to do any special retrofitting? what made you think those would fit?

jiggaman - I've already put on a protective film over the fogs to protect them from flying debris. As far as fitment, I'm taking a hunch partially due to the fact that Honda uses a lot of the same parts on different cars. Also a member on another forum used the JDM fogs from his EP3 civic and installed them on his 06'.
I'll find out next week when I attempt the install. I'll make sure to post some pics.

I've seen what you have done to your TL-S. You obviously know your JDM, your on your way there

What are your impressions of the intake? What is the difference in sound / pull? I love the choice, very nice. Was it worth the grand?

Unfortunately, I can't tell you the performance gains from the intake since I wasn't able to dyno the car in stock form (which I'm kicking myself for now). On a recent dyno, my car registered at 183whp and 150lb/ft torque with only the Mugen intake and Hondata reflash. I was hoping for a little more power and torque, but I'm going to get a few pulls on the dyno again and see what turns up.
There is an obvious change in the tone of the engine, especially at open throttle. The intake gives the car a more deeper, throatier growl to it. But from what other people post about intakes, this change of tone is heard with most aftermarket intakes. I do also notice a little bit more low-range torque after the install, but that could just be me.
And the ultimate question - Was it worth it?
For me, yes. Is it a pricey intake? - yes, definitely. Everyone knows that Mugen makes a great product & I'm a firm beleiver in "you get what you pay for." I learned my lesson in buying cheap parts and ending up spending more money replacing them.
I also want to build a type of show car / daily driver. Plus I wanted to keep a certain theme with this car when I thought about the mods.
