Pictures of my car and a minor fender bender

Hey guys, here is a picture of my car lowered with 19's on the FLEX. I got in a fender bender with somebody and here is a picture after I tried to fix it (it looked worse, I should of took a picture before). What do you guys think of the car? Thanks for looking.

Rims looks good, Car needs to get fixed asap, Looks like you got your headlights scratched up too. Might need to get replaced as well.

Rims are VSR 19x8.5, I bought it on ebay for really cheap and just wanted to see what 19s look like on my car. The tires cost more then the rims. My friends told me to keep it so I did. Currently broke right now so I wont be able to fix it until sumer time.

What are the specs on the wheels? Curious about the offset because they look like they sit pretty flush with your fender.

The offset is +38 it rubs when I turn the steering wheel all the way and when I hit bumps. :\ but other than that everything is good. Will fix the car when I sell my other rims hopefully.
