Domn, let me know when you can get a deal on a EOS 10D kit.
Thanks for the compliment, but IMO that photo is a POS except for the subject.

Distance was about 200 ft, and I'd guess his speed when the pic was taken would be about 70mph/110kph.

That photo should be tack sharp. You should see a good one!

Nope, they call that marketing. As I mentioned before, the only thing that's stock on that car is the shift knob. lol!

For specs check out the Realtime site: http://www.realtimerl.com/cars/tsx.htm

They don't mention engine HP/TQ figures but when we were talking to the guy in the pits he said that they had a very hard time getting more power out of the engine. I guess it's somewhere around 260-270 but I wouldn't be shocked if they managed to get 300 out of it. Remember it's the same displacement as ours and still naturally aspirated so you can only go so far.

if it's 260 or 270 ... im pretty impressive .... ~~ 300 i will be like wow .. ~~
i think it's pretty good for a 2.4 to get this number ... ~~ even for mugen ... they have tuned the K20A for abt around 270 or so too ~ if im not wrong
lol ... i used to think that only jap can tune Honda's NA engine that well .... now i kno im wrong ~ ~
and i think this number is pretty much the limit .... or wut else u expect DAn ?? ~

I was thinking about that when we were looking them over. Domn picked one up and said it was really light.

But are they fragile? Do they tend to bend, or are they sturdy enough for their share of potholes?

the bending problem has been documented well on the internet, but tirerack claims there is nothing wrong w/ the competition. I did extensive research before buying the wheels, and I came to the conclusion that there was a bad batch of wheels that was unfragile (circa 2002) and that caused the uproar. The competition is a popular wheel and a set is specially made for the Mini Cooper now, so I think they're safe. I do however avoid potholes at all costs, as a big one can bend any wheel.
