New pics added 11/02/03...

Hey guys, here are a couple pics of my car. Sorry about the quality. I am at my parents' house this week, and I am using my mom's camera. Better pics coming tomorrow.

Workin' on the pics guys. I've had a crazy day!

Re: the gap... I don't know if I'm happy with the Pro-Kit yet. The back drop is perfect, but the front does seem a bit high when looking from different angles. I've only had them two days, so they need time to settle a bit I suppose.

The rims are from WheelMax.com. They are 19x8 and the tires are 225/35/19. I haven't updated my sig yet, but there was a mixup with my order, and the tires are actually Toyo FZ4s.

How about wheel tilt (camber)? Anything obvious with the Pro Kit? I'm considering it as well but didn't want to really fark it up. What's your thoughts on it.

Thanks! (from an official TSX newbie)

As far as I can tell, camber if fine. If there is any -/+, I definitely can't tell just by looking. I've always heard that a camber kit is not necessary with the Pro-Kit.

Really? My tsx is stock height and I can easily see some negative camber in the rear wheels.

The shop I use is very reputable, and I'm sure if I needed a camber kit they would have told me and would have been more than happy to sell me one. But next time I go home, I will have the camber checked 'cuz my eyes are definitely not the best.

Definately the hottest TSX Ive seen so far..
Top choice on the pro-kit and Wheels
Totally suits the car, and it sits nicely.

How is the ride comfort on those wheels?

The ride is great. No problems at all. A little rougher of course, but nothing that I can't deal with... and I'm quite the little diva.

Oh no, I am definitely not a fan of the rear spoiler. The only thing I can see myself adding to exterior at this point would be a grill kit and possibly a set of Euro-R headlights.

Your car's name is Trixy? How cute...

She looks great with the wheels and drop. Keep it up. Hopefully I can get Tish looking that good one of these days (when I save up the money!)

Offset on your 19 x 8's

Could you please tell me what the offset on your wheels are please. I am trying to source some wheels and this info would be very helpful.

Y'know, that's a good question. I'll have to look on the wheels I guess. The offset isn't listed on the site.

I doubt very much that it would be marked on the wheel, but it may be on the paperwork you received from the supplier when you bought them. If you could have a look for me I would be very grateful. I am in Australia, and there is very little information available to me. There are very few wheels available and nothing in 8 inch wide, therefore I am looking at having something made. Before I can get them made offset information is vital. You are about the only one I have seen with 8 inch wide wheels on their car and the offset looks quite good, the wheel fits the guard quite well and doesn't protrude. I guess from your other comments that you do not have any rubbing or hitting problems, even since you have installed the Prokit. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thumbs up Tires

How wide are your tires? The stock tires are 215s, but I'd like to go 225 with new rims, but don't know if that would be too wide. I don't want them outside of the wheel well.

I will do what I can to find out, coxy.

The tires are 225/35/19. They look perfect. 215s would probably leave the lip a little too exposed IMHO.

Question Offset and weight

FYI, i called wheelmax.com and ask for the offset and the weight of the wheel. The offset is around 45mm and for the weight, it weighs 19.3 and 20 lbs for the 18' and 19' respectively. ( That's pretty light eh???!! ! )

Well, i have a question here. I really would want to get a new rims. But then I don't want to lose the comfort of my ride. Anybody can give me some idea? Do i need to change the spring and the COIL-OVER KITS ?? I really want to know~!!~!~! Help mE!

Hey, thanks for the info on the offset and weight. After the first try, I completely forgot about it. For some reason, I thought they were a lot heavier than that!
