photoshopped painted calipers

what do you all think of these photoshops? is red too noticeable with such small spokes of the wedssport tc-005s?

maybe black would better suit my "stealth look." since these pictures were taken, i've got tints and blacked out my window trim. so yeah. probably black calipers would look better.

Black would look better, the calipers look small, there is no reason to expose them with red or any light color

To me, Brembo's are the only acceptable time to have red calipers. And plus I think it takes away from the clean, stealthy look that you are going for.

Why are painting calipers red so popular around here? In my book, this is rice. You're trying to make it look like you have a BBK.

I agree, I'm against the red as well. We have pretty weak-ass calipers, I see no reason to call attention to them - ESPECIALLY the rears. I went with black because it's a nice subtle way to dress them up without screaming, "LOOK AT ME!"

To the OP, with a car as dark and stealthy as your CGP with Weds, red calipers will instantly become the sole focus of your car, and I don't know if you really want that.

black ftw, I have CGP and red makes the calipers look kinda small IMO. Black would add a nice touch. I am doing mine black this weekend as well as installing my tanabe's hopefully

Not necessarily making it look like rice, possibly covering the rusty oem caliper look that happens with a couple of years of age.

I would agree that a darker color would make the car more stealthy.

black or silver are the only acceptable colors to paint stock calipers in my opinion. anything else is rice cause you like like you are trying to make it seem like you have a big brake kit. I am painting mine either silver or black soon just cause they are so dirty. I would love to have the stock gold back.
