so i did a little photoshop...

i was wondering what the 2006 chrome grills would look like if it weren't chrome at all....ie. if instead of the chrome, it was the stock base colour...

i've seen some ppl do this on their mazda 6...and it looks much better and more sportier...so here is the photoshop...

FYI- yes it is a honda...i'm from australia, we don't have acura...

hey, looks ok and better than chrome. But I'd prefer the mugen or EuroR style grill

 

I like it stock better, seems like making it body colored wouldn't be worth the cost when you could just get the Euro-R one

 

That actually looks pretty nice. But yeah, I'd rather get the euroR.

 

reminds me of my car (03) minus the hood trim and the chrome edging around the grill

 

That's actually pretty decent looking. I'm having the stock grill replaced by the dealer tomorrow due to a scratch on the chrome...maybe I'll see if they will give the old one to experiment with.
I was also thinking of leaving the chrome and painting the dark portion to match the body color....

all body color makes it looks like the new honda civic,
center black makes it looks like USDM honda accord

and we call your acura tsx, the HONDA ACCORD EURO
