Since I'm going through pictures, here are a few I took two weeks ago in OKC of the memorial. I left a few days before the 10th anniversary (if that's what you call it) but my wife stayed to see it and said it was rather interesting.

My understanding is (didn't take the official tour) the bombing happened at 9:02 AM. The walls with the times 9:01 and 9:03 represent the before and after. The chairs represent one for each that actually died. Small chairs for children, bigger ones for adults, and the are in an order to signify how many actually died on each floor. It's something else to be there in person and read a lot of info available, but I wanted to share this with others that may not get a chance to ever visit the memorial.
