Well I was thinking of doing some of the same. Good looking car.

I like your block cover paint and the brake calipers, although I'm thinking of all red.

I do have a question though. What kind of paint did you use in each application?

Great pics, great car!

BTW -- Would anyone like to fill him in on whether the people "here and there" are different?

Yeah -- you see, basically what you now see "here" is what used to be "there."
I could just give you a couple of links to the story, but it's more fun if I do it this way:

If you do a "Search" of our site using the key word "fiasco" (I'm not joking), most of the threads that you'll pull up will be about that story.

The key word "Evangelion" also works. (That's the name of one of the admins over there.)

Both high temp Caliper spray paint. $10cdn each can.
I though about all red, but I would like to give blue a try this time. I had red caliper on my blue Mazda6 before.

Hmmm..... interesting...... I will dig it up then.

Finish the reading of the story. That explains a lot of questions I had in mind about ClubTSX.

accsueprstar, I now totally understand ur comment.
That's another reason why even though my Mazda6 was totaled, I still stick in Mazda6Club forum a lot. Simply because Mazda6Club is much better than ClubTSX. Now I guess I just found a new home.

Hey, why not stay at Mazda too! Sounds like it's good. (We've heard of it on here before.)

Besides, you can be our spy. j/k

Hehehe.... I was a spy for Mazda6Club in ClubTSX. Now u want me to be a double?

Yap, Mazda6 handles very well. It's almost same as TSX if not better. Yet, it saves me a lot of money. My M6 is $7000cdn cheaper yet they give out 17" wheel and identical tire.
But I am not allowed to go back. :'(

How did I find u? Guess I'm a bit disappointed that ClubTSX wasn't as good as I though. U guys were famous for posting the TL pictures as well.

Here is my old ride before totaled....

Are the blue led lights on the door stock or how did you change them out?
Mine are an ugly white light.

I thought it was just the stock white, but looked a little bluish from the reflection. (No?)

Hehehe.... It's 6 LED blue 194 bulb. Believe me, it looked very nice at nigth time. Got it from eBay for $8.80 including shipping from HK. I got them off from my crashed M6.

I am planning to change the inetrior light as well. Since it's different from my M6, I have to order it again.

I can't believe no one has asked this yet: ecsw, I guess it's obvious that you like the TSX better than the 6, but do you think it's worth the difference in price? And is the TSX better than the V6 M6? I'm pretty sure you're the first person we've met who's owned both.

BTW, welcome to the family!

Edit: just read another post of yours. So maybe you might not like the TSX better, but is it worth it?

When I was getting a new car in March this year, TSX was the first choice since it's from Acura/Honda . But me and my wife needs to spend as less as possible then, we tried Accord/Camry/Altima/Mazda6 (all 2.3L or 2.4L) without even looking at TSX. Why? I know I will like it but it will be hard for me to afford. Once u drive all 4 cars above, I bet all of u will choose Mazda6 simply because M6 is the only car feels as sporty as TSX. Others are simply just family sedans.

I am writing up my personal review about both cars I have after I had my TSX with 1200 miles. I am going to post it up in Mazda6Club soon, but since u guys care about my story too, I will post it here as well. ( unlike clubtsx if u know what I am talking about:p)

I am glad that I finally found the right place to go. U guys make me feel just like I am back to my Mazda6Club again. :'(

Before I post the review, here is my story about M6 and the 2nd page has pictures of my crashed M6.
http://mazda6club.com/forums/read.php?TID=7395

Blue caliper? to remeber my beloved M6 and yet I bet PW TSX with red caliper will be everywhere soon. Everyone wants to be TypeR if u know what I am talking about.

Is the map lights 2022 dome light? 36mm in size. Haven't got the chance to measure it.

Did u use LED or regular bulb? LED will last longer for sure.

It's about time for me to order up the LED dome light for all other interior light.

I didn't save the package. But they are short ones 8watts. And I got blue bulbs. They aren't as bright as the stock dome lights, but they look cool in the dark.

I saw a couple people on another thread last night who had owned Mazda6 and now TSX. I'm not sure where that thread is now, though.

The door lights were 8.99 for the pair. The dome lights were 8.99 each, and I replace all three bulbs. And worth every penny.

That might be me u talking about. I am the only one so far with Mazda6 totaled and then move on to TSX. I know there are 1 or 2 members trade-in their M6 for TSX too.
