Here is your original Clutch...
When locally on your computer find the file and right click it and then click edit (same thing as just opening it in Paint)...
Once the pic is opened in Paint you need to click image then stretch/skew (same thing as holding down 'ctrl' and pressing 'w')
Now once you do that, the sketch/skew dialog box will pop up. The stretch option will all you need to edit. You will enter two values (same
number to keep the original proportion). This value is the percentage of the original size. Since I want the edited pic to be exactly 1/2
the size I entered 50% for both values. Don't mess with the skew section.
And once you are done, Don't simply click save!! click File/Save As and then name it something different from the original pic.

You probably want to keep it for your personal photo album or something.

Actually...since they're linked.. All you have to do it change the pic and upload it back onto wherever you're hosting it. You do have to keep the same filename though. People would have to refresh their screens to see the resized image if it still shows as a large pic.
