Question Made a Few Changes. What do you think?

I made a few changes a couple of days ago. I removed the blackout tape from the window trim and I removed the tail light tint.

Let me know what you think. Blackout or not?

It looked like this a few days ago.

all or nothing... forgot to get the door handles.

if you get dark wheels then blackout all the way.

but on stock wheels or lighter wheels then the shiny stuff is better imo.

I cant stand tail light tints. Besides just being dangerous and stupid, Its an easy way to get a fixit ticket.

Actually I did have the door handles but they started to peel a little due to someone picking at it I think.

The only chrome was the badge on the back and the wing part of the grille.

The tail lights weren't that dark, it looks darker cause that pic is in the shade. I took it off because I got tired of the maroone color the tails were with the lights off. My brother is a cop and he said that the level of tint I had they wouldn't give me a ticket.

yea it looks better w/ the tape on the windows trim but not on the taillights. also is your headlights somewhat tinted ? they look a lil dark for an 06+ model.

Looks perfect as-is. I hate blackout tail lights, window trim, etc.

(mostly). leave the door handles chrome, get some dark wheels (some time attacks maybe?), and black it out!

or get some silvery or bronze or whatever wheels and keep it all chrome and not blacked out.

Yes, my front corners are tinted. It is just the amber corner though.

On a black car, the black tape looks fine (otherwise I'd say no to other colors).

Personally, I think the blackout looks stupid.

The thing that stands-out on our vehicles is the contrast of silver or chrome on a dark background.

I might re-do the tape but it all depends on what wheels I decide on. Most of the wheels I am looking at would have a chrome lip. If that is the case I will leave the chrome. If no then I will probably re-do it.

BLACK TAPE OFF buddy, the contrast is what keeps the NHP paint stand out. it has that luxury taste to it. your ride looks much cleaner now IMO. i would also take off the amber tint too.

drop looks perfect

No smoked taillights looks way better. The front tinted amber is good tho. I would keep the chrome trim around the windows tho.

Looks great with the trim and no tail light tint. I would never be able to get away with that in nyc. I already got a ticket for 35% tint on passenger side. Making my car look darker is just screaming for more tickets.
