Looking for photo locations in OC/LA area- Any suggestions?
Anyone know of some cool locations in the Orange County/LA area to use as backdrops? My buddy just got a camera and wants to test it out. If it's a TSX friendly location even better.
Thanks in advance.

Downtown LA on a weekend is one. You can get some nice office towers in the background (pick a non-smoggy day). Palos Verdes Penninsula is another (try one of the turnouts with ocean views).
Oh, and post pics when you get em.

I second Jlukja on Palos Verdes. Go out to Malaga Cove if you can. It's at the end of Palos Verdes drive. Very picturesque.
Long Beach itself might be interesting by the Port.

There is a really good spot near downtown Long Beach, just past Shoreline Village. Its a little road that goes along the breakwater of the downtown marina. Follow the road to the entrance to Shoreline Village, but go past the entrance and turn right at the stopsign. Contine till you pass Shoreline Village on your right, then turn left when you reach the gate to Parkers Lighthouse. On one side you see the Queen Mary, on the other the boats in the marina and the downtown office/living towers (and Convention Center with the Wyland whales) in the background. If you follow it far enough you'll find plenty of parking (parking by permit but you can spend a couple of minutes taking pics with no problems).

I'll definately post any quality pics we get out of the shoots. I'm also using this as a good excuse to do the brake caliper painting, get my windows tinted, and clay/wax the car. It has to look nice for the pics right?

Sorry, can't edit the previous post. Here's a pic from that area. There are lots of water shots you can do as well as some near the park.
