just got my jdm headlights installed...what do you guys think?

I love the JDM headlights, just wish they didnt cost $600


They should lower the price on the Hondata too......

You can busted for that. I would say just stay with the amber. The headlight itself already looks great and no need to pull stupid move and get own by cops.

where did you get them installed?

I would say to go with the orange PIAA's, I believe they are clear when not on and then light up orange.

I have been using the stock bulb for about a year now. its the ugly yellowish white but it has kept me from getting a ticket. I am going to push the limit though this next summer and switch to hyper white.

What's the point of getting the jdm lights if you're going to have an amber / yellowish marker? The whole point of spending all that money is improved looks on the lights!



I'm really not so sure that clear corners are illegal, or at least its a state by state thing.
Clear TURN SIGNALS are illegal, but putting white bulbs in the markers? Shouldn't be a problem.

I had a motorcycle cop at Starbucks compliment my car yesterday, in the dark (early AM coffee run). What did he see? This is what mine looks like in the dark with hyper white LEDs:

yellow i believe is legal. the blue bulbs you guys got look good but only in the 06 headlights. i dont think that would look good on my 04. its pretty much a race between amber and yellow for me...both are legal colors.

i was thinking about putting the high power white ones for my side markers not that my headlights are cleared..

No, I got the LEDs seperatly from eBay. Just straight replacement LEDs for the standard bulbs, low cost.
