If you were to paint your front grill

I'm thinking of painting my front grill. For those who's thinking of doing the same thing. This is what it might look like. Which one do you guys prefer?

This is if I'm going to use rockblocker's film on my head light.

I was thinking of posting a similar thread. thanks for doing this, gives a good idea of some solid choices.

I like this pic below, but I would keep the ring around the acura symbol with it

this one (with the circle around the A not blacked out)

i've questioned whether or not i want to do this as well. but i think it'd look better on NBP than CGP

I like this one the best. I'm thinking I would just get the JDM hood trim and then get the bottom chrome edge painted. When I went to get a quote for this though, a lot of shops said I would get a lot of chipping if I tried to paint the chrome. What have you guys heard? Anyone get any prices? I wonder if there is a painted JDM version of that bottom chrome edge. Anyone know if that exists?

Ya, I agree with you, my CG TSX with "V" chrome trim already painted CG and costed me $70.00. I am waiting for JDM hood trim from Bloomplustoys. Well "V" chrome trim is plastic, not real chrome. It can paint and put best clear coated on it. Good Luck!

Of all your choices I like this one and I wanted to do the same to mine.

This is what I did to mine with just blackout tape.

So charged you $70 to paint just the "V" shaped part only, and none of the middle?

Does anyone know if the JDM grill has that part painted? I would probably rather just get the JDM color matched trim for that area if it's available? Wherez all of the JDM whores at?

Yeah, that's correct. JDM hood trim color will be matching, Bloomplustoys should have new JDM hood trim right now. U should email them and find it out. I will email them tonight and see if they have ship my part yet.
