I was Bored one day...PICTURES!

I was bored one afternoon and decided to re-locate the AUX cord i have connected. I Re-directed it into the large compartment under the Climate control buttons. Initially my ipod was connected but was curious to see how the PSP would look. It made life much easier having the AUX cord come out of the compartment instead of where the armrest is. A friend of mine gave me the idea and went with it so this is what came out of it...check it out!

That's like the point where I always put in gas. I hate it when that Fuel Low shit comes on.

Yeah, that's for sure and that's why i will DEFINITELY take the PSP out everytime i leave the car. After doing this i see no reason why i should upgrade to an aftermarket headunit. What i plan on just doing is just upgrading the speakers...maybe with those AVINCARS or components all around, tweeters and a 6 channel amp. I'm not really into all that bass.

Me neither, man...

Good idea with the PSP btw... Now you can watch movies when in a traffic jam... I have a similar setup with my Tungsten PDA. We do have a flip cover that goes over that compartment here (EuroAccord), but I never leave the PDA in either...

That can be bad for the fuel pump.

hahahahaha...yeah. I figured it was the only thing that can place the PSP there while being able to take it out and hide it. By the way, does anyone here on this forum have the AVINCAR speakers installed? If so, how's it sound?

So you actually stick Velco on the back of the PSP as well?? I've been wondering how to do this for a while now!! I don't want to fabricate a custom mount for the PSP so....

Yes, you need to place velco behind the PSP too as well to be able to have it sit where the compartment door is.

Sure, i'll take some pictures without the PSP velcro'd. There's a little light inside the storage compartment that you have to take out to be able to have the AUX cable connect to the PSP or IPOD. The storage compartment itself is fairly easy to remove. When you have it removed you'll see the light that's connected to it. I have a monster 3.5mm AUX cable. I would assume it's around 3ft to 4ft in length. Since it's already 2am i'll just take pictures of it later on today and post it for you guys. Thanks for the comments. Much appreciated!

Yes, the velcro is strong enough to take hard turns. I bought a pack of velcro from Home Depot for about $4. $4 to install a PSP like this is TOTALLY worth it and lookS DAMN COOL at night.

Why didn't you plug your AUX end into PSP headset (remote)? Instead of directly into the PSP..
