Glacier Blue vs. Premium White (pics requested)

Glacier Blue vs. Premium White (pics requested)
I am very torn between these two colors. I know PWP is more popular but I don't like the wood grain with the tan interior and I'm afraid white with black might look odd. My first reaction is GBM was somewhat girlish but it's really growing on me and I think it would look real nice with some tint on it. I almost much prefer the black leather with silver accents inside. Anyone have some pics that I could check out to help make my decision. I read the pics thread but was looking for more angles, with tint, etc. What's everyones opinion on the two colors?

PWP With Ebony looks amazing IMO.
Adamantium (sp?) has a PWP with Ebony.
GBP Looks amazing as well. You really need to be in front of each car to make your decision. It took me 5 days just to choose my color. Went to the dealership 5 times in a row in a week just to look at each color over and over again. It'll help your decision more than images on the internet

i really don't know why you are worrying about that wood grain.
in real life, PWP looks so amazing, AMAZING
i myself also did not like the wood grain, but i won't give up PWP for a woodgrain.
plus, that interior looks very comfy and good once you get in it.
here's couple of my PWP, hope it moves your decision.

that would be funny as hell if somebody did that. Sit at a red light and trun them on, that would trip some people out. Or how about as an aftermarket alarm system, that would be nice

I'm an Active EMT in state of NJ in two town ambulance stations.
Those are not strobes, but Whelen LED.
by the state law, only blue lights are allowed to EMT, paramedic personal vehicles, who's actively working. (no internal strobe in headlamp or taillight allowed) i'm just following the law
i have LED on Grill, front windshield, and back windshield
here's video of my actual car lights (at night)

please, no bs comment. when i volunteer more than 48 hours a week during summer (college break), i need them.
it might look silly, but when you are having a 911 call, cardiac arrest and a cpr in progress, you sure need those lights.
they are also useful when i'm off duty, I once used on a huge bike accident on I-80 until a local ambulance and Fd arrived.

I didnt know you were an EMT, but thats awesome that you are, I respect that a lot. The world needs more people that are willing to give up free time to help people in need. I dont think they look silly, I actually think they look pretty damn cool. Thats one hell of an emergency response vehicle

sorry not to thread jack but,
jaehshim
props for that setup. I wish i was still back up in NJ and volunteering. Cant find anything like that in FL.
Many long hours were spent down at the first aid station, but I have to say those are the memories that made it all worthwhile.
ddipetrillo,
I was looking at the GBP originally but they couldnt find the right combo on the lot (ie nav, tranny and interior color). So i went with the SSM. I couldnt handle a white car, away at school i cant wash it that often and i know now that it would be so dirty and visble. the SSM never looks dirty, unless you went somewhere that she wasnt susposed to go and is now muddy.
ha
good luck!

I just bought my 07/GB/5AT/Nav this weekend and I absolutely love the color. I was going to get the CG but when I saw them sitting next to each other, the GB looked sooooo much better I just couldn't resist.
Also, there are too many white cars out on the road. GB is a rare color so it looks better, IMHO.

To be perfectly honest, I've personally always felt the GBM color to be a little :theghey: .
Seeing all of the beautiful PWPs on this board sometimes makes me wish that I'd gone that route, but then I see how good the 06 JDM headlights go with my ASM and I feel better

Thanks for the help so far guys! I am still torn because I love them both. Those pics with the white on black look hot so that won't be a concern any more, it looks much better than I thought it would. I love the GBM too though, mainly cuz its different and very rare. However, I've checked 5 dealerships in my area (RI, MA, CT) and none have even one GBM. Only one dealership had a white on black. I'm afraid this is gonna hurt my negotiating if they have to order it in a dealer trade or something. Those that have either of those combos, how long did you have to wait for them and what did you pay?
P.S. I do plan on going and seeing the colors in person, I'm just researching and killing time while at work!

I would say if you can get the white w/ ebony..go for it...cuz no offense to anyone else on here...the parchment interior with the wood grain accents just don't cut it for me...
so you should go ebony with either color...both looks stunning...while I can picture a a modded GB to look unique on this forum..since it's so rare
but again...I absolutely LOVE my NBP/ebony...
black is the one color everyone can agree on when it's clean...
probably will paint my car white in the future..haha
