First Mod, Neuspeed Sway bar Pix.

Here's the 19mm Neuspeed rear sway bar waiting to be installed

Polyurethane bushings with lots of grease.

The end result.

Installation time was 1.5 hours and fairly simple. So far, a noticeable improvement in cornering. This should compliment my Aspec suspension upgrade next week. Stay tuned.

I think the Comptech is 22mm for the rear.

Yea, the Comptech is 22mm but uses rubber bushings. The Progress and H&R sway bars are 22mm with polyurethane bushings. I went with the 19mm to play it safe and not throw off the balance of the TSX. The slight improvement in understeer is perfect, just enough to compliment the already great suspension.

I really cant decide between the comptech or neuspeed RSB. I have always be a loyal neuspeed fan because their products never let me down. Their suspension parts (springs, sway bars, reinforcement bars) never have given me any problems. I just don't know why neuspeed decided to go with the 19MM diameter while everyone else went the 22MM route.

Does the Neuspeed RSB offer more holes at each hand for changing the stiffness setting ?

Remember when I used for the previous ride MkIV GOlf, they have 3-holes to allow the changes in stiffness setting

I have neuspeed and cannot be happier. It gave a more neutral handling without throughing out the balance of front and rear like when i had comptech RSB on my civic.
Also, 19 mm probably is not going to be as prone to lift off oversterring like 22mm will.

How have you guys found your RSB's with everyday driving over rougher roads? Especially when you go over a speed bump with one side of your car and not the other (eg. only your right or left)?

You know it is tighter, but there is almost no difference until you start cornering.

Not sure about Moda Way. But i just got the progress RSB today and installed it today. So far... I'm loving it. There's definately much less body roll but the ride seems ok still. Reminds me of when i was cornering in my BMW that i used to have.

Where did you get that Neuspeed sway bar and how much did it set you back?
