A few pics before the Xis go on...

Just thought I'd snap a few (crappy) pics of my Kreuzer Xis before I got tires mounted.

One of the first in the country with these babies!!!

More to come ...

Oh my God, those are sexy. I can't wait to see them on your car, man.

I ALMOST regret ordering the X's now... but come June or so, I bet I'll be OK with my decision.

very unique design. especially like how the inner piece with "kreuzer series" written on it is NOT molded onto the inner side of the spokes.

Very very very nice looking rims - congrats on taking the plunge.
What colour car are they being attached to?

Thanks for all the kind words, everyone!

First off, I gotta give respect to Josh @ Excelerate for hooking me up with these bad boys. He got them so quick, I barely had time to choose a tire. Thanks Wondah!

To answer a few questions, I got the Xis in 18x7.5 +45 offset. Based on the
recommendation of a few people, I also went with the P-Zero Nero M+S. I had debated going with the GSD3s. But living in CT, I figured that all-seasons with a harder sidewall were the way to go (especially given the massive number of potholes that infest my local streets).

Unfortunately, being the impatient person that I am, I put them on yesterday without weighing them . Suffice it to say, they're VERY light. I suppose I could weigh them with the tire mounted, though...

I plan to take pics fairly soon since I also installed my 06 JDM headlights yesterday as well . I drive an '06 ASM 6MT/Navi, and I think the JDM side markers go so perfectly with the silver .

Just got back in from the parking lot where DAYTA and I had a 2 person mini-meet. His car is looking SICK with the Xi's and JDM headlights on. People will not be disappointed when they see pics (no, we didn't take any - this wasn't planned!)

I now have no doubt in my mind about my order of the Kreuzer X's. I can't wait for those badboys to come in.

Hehe, thanks for the compliments dude! I'm liking your car too (CGP was initially my 1st choice) - can't wait to hear your exhaust!

I plan to take some pics in the near future. However, my car definitely needs a wash & wax first (resupply of Zaino is coming in the mail). In addition, the forecast is saying it's supposed to rain for the next week ....

Hey nice wheels. I'm considering getting these in the near future since the X's have been discontinued. How much did the set cost you and do the 18's seem any much bigger than stock?

They haven't been discontinued, yet. Gruppe-S can get them, and I currently have an order in for a set. Yokohama are, however, phasing the X out in favor of the Xi as the replacement. Give Gruppe-S a call if you want to order a set of either - they have great pricing.

I'm thinking by the time i actually save up enough to buy a set they will be discontinued. I actually got a PM from one of the guys from Gruppe-S on the other forum site and he said they are indeed discontinued and that he would love to help me order a set of Xi's. I'm wondering if theres a big price difference between the two.

Dang, I was all excited to click on the link because I thought there would be pics of them on your ride.

Hopefully you'll have them soon, I understand that you want to wait until after the rain though. That's why I let my Advans hibernate in the winter
