The only thing that I have to warn anyone that might try this is that you have to make sure that you have enough slack to allow the AT stick to move from Park to Drive. Otherwise the boot just slips on easily.
By the way, maybe I should have gotten MT. If my wife can't drive MT, more fun for me.

Yea, I have to remember to tell anyone that drives my car that's it an AT. LOL
For NeoChaser, I am currently working on installing a DVD/MP3 player in the pocket above the XM. I was able to find a DVD player out there that is 6x6x2, which is a hard find. Most players out there are standard DIN size of 7 inches wide.
I just got the player and some new tools for the install yesterday. When I'm done, I will post them. Only thing though is that I don't have the AV Electronic nav hack (more like tap). Bringing up $500 at the same time that I'm closing for my new house this week isn't going to fly with wife. We are already paint and hardwood floor shopping. I'm afraid that the nav-hack may not come for another month or so.

nice knob!
i asked some shops nearby about that gear knob.. f-16 evo right?
they said it's only for manual.. how did u do the conversion?
we usually to press something in the knob (for automatic) inorder to move the gear right?
or u dont need to press anything in TSX ACURA AT?

Yea, F-16 EVO. The freaking knob is bigger then it looks online. I went for this knob not only for it's looks but also there is no button that you have to push in the TSX, so any MT shift knob would work. Couple of things that I have to warn you if you want to do this for your TSX:
1 - If putting in the shift boot, I recommend to put in two of the shift knob adapters in the knob. The second adapter will act as a spacer so that the knob would not be so low to the shift plate. Remember, once you put in the two adapters in the knob it will be quite hard to take then back out.
2 - With the shift boot or not, the screws that come with the shift knob are too small for the thin shift stick in the TSX. You will need to go to a hardware store (I went to Home Depot) and get some longer allen screws. This will allow you to securing tighten down the knob to the stick. After the screws are attached, you will most likely need to cut off the excess exposed screws with either pliers or Dremel. Just becareful if you go with the Dremel. I have managed to slip and nick the knob : (
