CT Xtremes - New Haven, CT June 28th 09
I just got home from a day at the car show with Josh (Excelerate) and some friends of his. It was a good day - it didn't rain, for once, and there was a good turnout. Some rice-tastic cars, some gorgeous cars, and a lot of people.
I took home 3rd place in Asian Luxury, which is my first trophy at a show ever; I'm rather proud. I think lack of a stereo system is what kept me out of 2nd; the 1st place IS250 was fire, though.
Here are some pics.

Gorgeous 20th owned by a friend of Josh's.

This RHD GT-R was later jump-started by a Tiburon. I laughed. It sounded mean, though.
This kid was doin' it.
A couple of fairly clean EM1 Civics.
There was a crew of Vintage Rotary Mazda's - these things were seriously neat.
A pretty sweet MkV.
A great ending to a fun day.

Gotta love that blower.
2nd place Asian Luxury was (I think) a white 3G TL with custom blood-red wheels. 1st was a gorgeous red IS250.

Your TSX is one of my all time favorites. Congrats on the award!
I'm in CT every weekend; keep an eye out for me in a silver '04 TSX with an AZ sticker on the back left window. I'll be gawking at your car so it will be tough to miss me.

Sorry I'm all late coming back to my thread! I had the grill and hood trim painted at a bodyshop when I had some other work done two years ago. It's held up fairly well, but has some stone chips by this point.
