well at this point the turbo has came out and will not be going back in until either one of three things happens:
1. convert to RSX ECU setup to run K-Pro and in turn lose my gauge cluster, A/C, ABS, pretty much everything that is controlled by the stock ECU. (Plan C)
2. wait for someone to develop an aftermarket engine management system preferably plug and play. Last I heard Hydra was the closest. (Plan A)
3. experiment with the reflash/engine management from the Comptech SC kit and set the turbo kit to run the same amount of boost as the SC. Technically it should run the same. (Plan B)
Until then the turbo stays out due to me not wanting to grenade my motor. I guess the problem with development of this system is that the R&D is not worth the lack of demand for such a unit. I spoke to Comptech and they were all too quick to tell me that their system would not work with my setup. They said they wouldn't even sell the EMS by itself. I understand they have a product to sell but I think if this works that it would be a good thing for Comptech. Sorry for rambling, I haven't talked about my car for awhile so my apologies. I'd love to put the turbo back in but we'll just have to wait and see...
