damn... too bad i couldn't go online sooner, or else i might've joined the fun...

hondaguy... why is your name hondaguy?? and you drive an ACURA TSX?? oh wait.. are you just a JDM wannabe and seeing who others did it before you, so you bash?? but ya, i can't really say anymore or else mods will lock this.....hahah~

and no matter how much money CCC will put in his TSX, the price is still no match to a 911... unless you can find a cheap old 911 or maybe you just suck at math..

Before I had a TSX, and when I joined this board, I had a Honda Civic. And I really REALLY wanted an S2000, which I didn't buy because I was moving to Maine. And my family has had many many Honda products (3 Accords, '01, '04, and '06 coupe, + my TSX right now). And I realize that my TSX is made by Honda, but is sold by Acura, and neither of those things bother me. And Honda/AcuraGuy is kind of an awkward screenname.

As far as the 911 comment, $27-$30k for a TSX, plus all that JDM garbage (what does a JDM dipstick cost, anyway?), including a RHD conversion?!?! That's gotta be at least $10k. So now we are talking $40-50k. That is EASILY in the ballpark for a late-model 996. And people wouldn't laugh at you.

It's getting off-topic since P.5/P.6 of this thread but well, College students are still immature (I think) so who cares what others say, do WHATEVER you want on the car as long as it harms no body~!!!

I'm from York University, Toronto Canada. I will post some pictures later when the mod is done. But basically NOTHING has done on the exterior yet except the Smoke sticker (like irshpharoh) on the rear light and side signal. I plan to start on engine/body mod first before going into comestic. Mine is a 05 PWP TSX and it's still pretty new, I'm getting the High-Flow CAT, Injen CAI, Headers and pulleys and all should be install on the car no later than Feb. I like the Ducktail spoiler alot but I still find no source to get it, except spending $500US to get it over from UK, which isn't worth it for this moment I think.

P.S. Everyone who posted their TSX up here has a really nice setup~! I'm still far from showing a picture I think~

Hmmm... Thread went way off topic. Too many generalizations regarding physical attributes, age, etc. Just post pictures of your cars instead of character assassinating anybody.

when i was buying my car..i called crown and told them what i wanted to pay and basically the internet sales guy laughed at me in an email. i said i had gotten an offer for 25555 before ttl, so what could he offer....the jackass said he couldn't go anywhere near that. i'm from richmond....those guys must think they rule the acura world down there or something because they have no competition. i paid 26500 out the door, everything including ttl. wish i could rub it in his face!
