Bye Bye TSX, Hello...

My TSX is gone and I will really miss it. It was actually my second TSX and both were great cars. Here are some of the last shots of it.

I just got this today. It is really dirty right now because of all the rain.

And yes, I will be removing the dealer decal and the pinstripe.

But you still got a slushbox

Just kidding, man --- enjoy the power increase... and congrats. I'm sure you'll be modding it in no time, eh? Good luck with that nav system too... it's no Honda!

Awesome choice! You're going to love it!
What options did you get? Were you able to get a good deal?

Just wondering... What do you mean by this? The new Infiniti Premium/Nav packages were so worth it.. I wish i could've gotten them on my TSX.

FYI the new Infiniti Nav system is far superior to Hondas.
I own a 2008 of both and am critical of both.
The Infiniti wins hands down in my opinion.

I guess I have the best of both worlds though, I own a G35s and a TSX!

but seriously, the infiniti is superior in so many ways....

but the wife would still rather drive my Acura!
she's not getting it!

Nice upgrade, I hope I don't get hated on, but I kind of like the older gen G35 coupe styling more than this one, not saying the G37 isn't sexy in its own right.

I would hope the "Infiniti is superior in so many ways" given the substantial price difference between the two cars. You're comparing apples to oranges here...

wtf? He was just replying to the comment that says Honda's Navi is better than the Infinity's.
Besides you could have a less expensive car and it's superior than the more expensive one.
For example, IS250 & 325...they are easy to beat.
Apple to apple? or apple to orange here....

G37 also kick TL's ass...so ....

I'm comparing the Honda/Acura Navigation to the Infiniti navigation.

and no, they're not very different in price.
some kid just paid more for his new TSX than I did for my new completely
loaded G35s.

The navigation system on the Infiniti is better than the one on the Acura.
That's what I'm saying, that's what I meant.

I have both and use both often, I find the Infiniti one to have tons more features,
I think it looks way better and it's easier to use.

the only drawback with the Infiniti nav is that to use most of it's functions, the
car needs to be parked.

yes, due to safety reasons. i like the fact that the infiniti/nissan navi's have both touch screen and the dial controls. on the new acura/hondas it's no longer touchscreen, which sucks.

inifinti's navi IS better then ours, it's newer hardware and hdd based i believe. anyway, i don't like the fact you have to be parked to take advantage of the features.

acura has not moved onto the newer hdd based systems, yet, hopefully in the new '09 TL and MMC TSX. Waiting to see what the diesel TSX is like, or I will pick up a G37xS in the future.

I stand corrected then. I base my opinion on 2 of my boys who have the Nissan Infiniti systems... one in his '05 G35, and one in his Z... they both SUCK in comparison to my '05 TSX Navi. It's not even comparable in my opinion. I also happen to think the nav system in my '07 TL-S is significantly better than my friend's '05 M35X... I'm glad Infiniti finally incorporated a touch screen on their later models, as he just traded in on an '08 M35X --- I haven't had a chance to check it out yet. Using a dial/knob interface can get a little cumbersome (especially when you can't do anything while the car is in motion), and it's a big reason why my friend didn't even really use his system in his '05...

I love the car. It is great. It has a smooth ride and tons of power. I also LOVE to hear the exhaust It is a G37 Juorney and I didn't get the G37S because it was over $40,000. I wanted to get the wheel and tire upgrade but they only had it on darker colored cars. I realy wanted silver because my TSX was black and really hard to keep clean.

Their first offer was $14,590 and I was insulted They used Kelly Blue Book and classified it as "Fair" condition which is only one step up from the worst condition, "Poor".
