Bad Easter....

So over the Easter weekend, I decided to go to somewhere with a nice beach with my girlfriend and my buddies and their girls to have a nice lunch and ice-cream. Maybe less than one minute into the cruise, right when I merged into the highway exit lane, this lady behind me decides to overtake me and fail....

ouch...

how does one "fail" to overtake? assuming you were going speed limit or something, did she see oncoming traffic, freak out, and ram right into you or something? geez...

Atleast your okay, the car can be repaired...any curb rash on those wheels as a result of the impact?

^ The wheels were fine, only damages done to the car are the two doors, and maybe a little of the frame. The rear bumper seems to be somehow mis-aligned.

I don't know if I merged too slow or she was just in too much of a hurry. Sigh....

It's hard to realize when emotions are high but it's true, you can replace doors and paint but you can't replace people. Everyone's fine and that's important.

Sorry to see that man, shitty deal. Though once the paperwork is done and the car's in the shop just think of the shiny new doors you'll have. Hopefully there won't be any serious 'hidden' damage.

I hope everything goes smooth with the repairs and insurance dealings.
