I have to say that I think he's a bit of an arse too. Some of us have to work hard just to dream of getting a car like a TSX while he is flippantly chaging them when they need an oil change. Some people have money but no common sense.

If he is in fact the one flipping all these cars, no reason to call him an ass. He's doing people a favour by making great pre-owned cars available. Personally, I think its his parents doing all the buying.

The TSX puts everyone in a weird spot. For some, this is a car they've worked hard for and have dreamed about and have finally acheived. For others, its a great car and a stepping stone to other great cars. Nothing wrong with either, I'm probably somewhere in between.
As for 808, we know nothing of how he has gotten these cars, how he finances things, if he's taking the loss as a business expense, etc. Maybe some folks lose more money on the craps tables at Vegas, or take golf tours of Scotland. This guy blows his money on cars(and he's nowhere near retirement age I might add). Why the heck should we judge? All I see is that he has driven a lot of nice cars. I could care less if he's frittered away his retirement or if this is a drop in the bucket for him.

I never know the loan/mortgage industry will make that much in the States. One of my colleages (3yrs older than me) has a baller parents, and has great connection. He makes an avg of 45K/month, even though he didn't flip cars like you, he still owns a Porcshe Caymen S and a Range Rover for winter. He spent all his money on condo, (max 75% mortgage in Canada) and now he has 5 units already..... I have a concern about his liabilities but eventually he will pay it all off and become a millionaire. I just started and no where near his salary, btw, I work in Financial field (Mutual Funds/Seg Fund/Second Mortgage/Insurance).
