Back From HeelToe PART II

Well guys, I said last time that I was going back to Heeltoe to get more stuff installed, so I went today. I have to go back again, to get more parts installed.

So here is a little teaser of what I did today...

man that's a headache.
door sills.
air bag/steering wheel.
windows.
center console.

but the Honda grilles are by far the best looking in my opinion.
I think the Honda look is nicer overall.

is everything re-badged?
which grille did you get?

Its not to much of a headache when you got a parts person like Marcus from HeelToe

I am in the process of doing my JDM conversion. I got another part coming in that most people dont swap

Well here are some pictures of the stuff I got installed today...

Box of JDM parts

We all know what these are

New Alutec Strut bar

This bar clears everything, no bending AC lines, no Conflicts with the EDFC

Here it is in my engine bay

Bumper off

Out with the old, in with the new

Whole new face

Outside shots

And here is Marcus's new project for me...

Its a midpoint brace from Alutec. He needs to drill some whole in my frame, because my exhaust is in the way. And he needs to put a 1 inch spacer type of thing to clear the exhaust. Its going to be done when I get the rest of my parts installed in a few weeks

Floor mats? Trunk tray? The steering wheel/airbag? This is a stretch, the radio, dash and KPH gauge?

How close am I?

Well I will be getting all of that, just not at the moment. A couple of you guessed the part. Its the airbag cover. I decided to get the cover for now, and do the entire steering wheel in the months to come. But dont worry, I plan on doing a nice conversion, not just emblems.

Thanks for the compliments guys.

I like the Euro-r kit, but only in white, I dont think it looks as nice in silver, so I am still deciding on what lips/bumper to get.

I am going to get the Euro-r pedals as well. Those will probably be ordered in the upcoming months, or whenever my next mod bug/ spending spree bites

I understand that you are trying to go JDM, but why do you have a black intake manifold cover? The EuroR / JDM Accord comes with a silver cover. Only the CRV and Thailand Accords come with the black cover.

Question about the KpH dash, if you were to swap out with a canadian cluster, would the miles racked up be converted to km, or would the new dash start @ 000000.0?

I dont like the silver one at all, its boring. And i want to put my own style into my JDM adventure. I dont want to look like every other TSX out there.

And its only temporary until I find a CF one that has the weave pattern I want

okay.
but why get the Euro-R badges then?
making it a Euro-R Accord is boring if you look at it like that.
why not get the Accord Type-S badging instead if you want
to go aggressive? Or rather just the Accord badging if you don't
like the Accord Type-S badging?

personally I see the Euro-R conversion as something of it's own.
having Euro-R badges with another lip kit kinda defeats the Euro-R
badging reason for me. But then again I'm really anal, we all know
this by now.

I see where you are coming from, but for me, anyone can rebadge it and just do another Euor-r conversion. I want to do the conversion, but add my own style in the process. I dont want to have another JDM TSX that gets overlooked. I want to stand out (in a good way of course) and be different. I plan on having all the JDM parts, and spare parts so I can change parts out from time to time, because I get bored from time to time.

And I plan on running a supercharger when it comes out, so the manifold cover will be gone anyways.

bustin your balls!

I know you won't get the Euro-R kit, it's not for you or for
that car. Just having fun with ya.

if you change your body appearance, I think Mugen should
be the route for that car...

haha, you caught me by surprise there.

Who knows, maybe I will get he kit now just to bust your balls

I am still unsure what kit to go with, but whichever one I go with, I plan to make sure my car flows with it.

well you can't get the kit.
I'm getting the kit.

I'm the subtle, semi-stock look.
You're not really.
So you need something different.

I still love the aggressive look, but the clean and flowing look is nice as well.

Who knows, I might just buy all the lip kits like you MMs, and then decide which one is actually going on my car

HeelToe is the only place I ever need to go for anything related to cars. For Marcus at HeelToe.

I got to say, the bar is nice. It looks nice and mellow, but it has functionality. Hopefully my underbrace will fit after some custom fabrication by Marcus. I got confidence in him that it will next install.

Well hondata should be fun to play around with. I love your car either way man, whether it is done or not, I digthe overall look a lot.

Thanks, I am going to need some luck considering I rarely have anytime to myself anymore let alone my car because of school. But thanks for saying I got potential, hopefully I can live up to everyone's expectations and my own

A red rocker cover would look good on your car.
