All Blacked Out **56k Beware**

Here you go guys... pics as requested When I first got this car the first thing I thought was "chrome is for gangstas" and let me tell you... I ain't a gangsta

Only thing that's going to be changing is another Metallic Gray Emblem on the front (the paint is drying right now)

Do your reflectors on the back bumper-i smoked the tailights and did the reflectors-it was a bitch to do but well worth it. I love the smoked tailight look-impressed it looked so good on a grey

I know... but I didn't clean them today so they look darker

Actually there are three places I missed and I'm trying to think about how I want to fix it. The area around the keyhole on the drivers door (yeah I know its small) is chrome as well as the lower parts of the tire valve stems. (I have black caps but the bottom is chrome). And then the tailpipes...

I'll figure out a way to fix it

Did you dip the wheels to darken them, or is that how the silverstars are stock?

That is clean. Great job.

Did you replace the window trim and handles with JDM/EDM parts?

right now its just blackout tape. The window trim is coming... I just wanted to make sure I liked it before I blew the $ on it. The JDM handles are acutally all chrome so that would ruin the look. I have a few other plans for the handles (they are obviously the hard part) but not 100% sure what I will do yet

Very clean and stealthy!

Going the wrong way... what a rebel Now you just gotta learn the difference between black and gray. just kidding.

What color is the rear emblem? It looks like matte finished dark silver... sorry if you covered this topic already - I'm usually hanging out in the 3G section.

Lol, I'm colorblind it's all the same

The emblem is actually a metallic gray, just a tad lighter then the paint color.

right now yep...

I tried window tint film and just to let everyone who might have been thinking about doing that... it doesn't really work

I just got some of Rockblocker's smoke film for fog lights and I'm gonna try that. The film was too thin and suscepable to weather, hopefully rockblocker's stuff wont be because it's designed to be outside the car

I'm gonna do that today or tomorrow so I'll let you know how it turns out.

you can't... everyone else can but you have to stay at least 50 feet away from my car at all times

ok fine you can see it... It would look nice on your car if you go back to gunmetal wheels. You get your windows tinted yet?

Right now? just blackout tape... it acutally looks the best, better then the window trim (I have some bubbles in the window trim). The door handles look perfect. I'm going to try Rockblocker's film tonight when I get home from work. I'll take pics and post em.

oh sorry... that's the stock color of the silver stars. I'm thinking about getting TL rims and getting them powder coated the same color... I think I'm gonna save wheels for next springs
