- 1/2 leather seats
- manual adjustment seats
- non heated seats
- no auto dimming rear mirror
- no auto rain sensing wipers
- no headlight washers
- no auto headlight adjust (manual only)
- no driver's seat rear pocket
- no HID lights
- no sunroof
- no rear parcel shelf speakers
- no auto speed adjusting volume
- standard stereo (as opposed to Premium)
- red backlit dash
- alloy gearknob
- mesh grille
- sports suspension
- aero bodykit
- 17" wheels (instead of 16's)
Other than that, they're identical!*
![Chuckle](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/chuckle.gif)
* based on the TSX being very much similar to the EX version.

That's not bad by comparison to the UK one I've listed above.
Hmmm.....

- auto dimming rear mirror
- auto rain sensing wipers
- headlight washers
- auto headlight adjust (legal requirement for HID lights)
- HID lights (high-beam only)
- rear parcel shelf speakers (rubbish - yes, yet they're there)
- leather gearknob (better imho)
the rest seem about right. the only option on the type-s was metallic paint or you'd have to put the stuff in later like bluetooth h-f.
edit: honestly, you need to drop that car, it has that suv look which isn't right for a "sports sedan" like the type-s!

The rest came straight out of comparing the '05/'06 brochures for the UK Accord - '06 being the facelifted version and the auto EX getting the extra "remote control" toys (LKAS & ACC).

Actually, there's something someone could do for me - speak to their local Acura dealer's parts dept and ask them how much the seat cover and bum cover are for both front seats.
Are the rears vented as well, or all solid leather?
Ivory colour - think that's the same as the TSX's parchment, or is it tan?
Compare the colour with the pdf brochure (p.15/16) I've hosted here

imho half 'n half is better, the all leather seats are always "wrong", too cold @ winter time and too hot in summer.
@Pintaius; it's funny that the specs differ from one european market to the other. up here we don't get the b/t, we get this leather with alu inserts gear knob and no driver seat rear pocket. the other specs look the same. but we also have a 0-100 (0-62) in 7,9 secs with m/t (the type-s doesn't come with a/t).
