Abp painting !

So I had some left over paint its been 2 years almost since I painted the front grill.

With winters in buffalo, and the grill getting rock chips, salt, and snow. It was about time to fix it up
[img][img]

not too shabby took some time

pretty good paint match from
express paint.com

I also painted this

Sanded it down the paint with 300 grit sand paper then primer 2-3 coats

sanded primer

first coat of paint

3rd coat

a few coats of clear coat and sanded last layer down since a bug walked around in the clear coat and died...

all done
There is a bit of the edge that I want to fix but no big deal.

I was resealing headlights for noliat from nj.
rtv gasket sealant and then heat the housing up with a heat gun and push the goo inside.

I agree that it's not quite as active here anymore.

But most of us just lurk.
