ABP+d300 + rain = (56k warning)

So today i was doing storage for my friend's all over UB. So as I was waiting I had my d300 in the car and took some pictures.

Sucks that i washed it today and planned on doing a shoot somewhere around night, but as you can see as the day went by it kept on raining

So anyway is moving week for us college kids, and I was bored.

Enjoy
d300 nikon
50mm 1.4

eh wb is off in some (still working on the camera raw editing I just can't tell sometime when i mess around with wb)

Very nice! Thats a lot of pics, it takes a bit to get to the rain ones, for a second I thought you were a liar. Only one little thing (very minor probably just preference) your elbow between your intake and TB is installed backwards. It should have the Air sensor on the other side so you don't have to stretch the cable to the outside. If it works with out a lot of tension on the wire great, but if it seems a little tight you might want to flip it. Like I said minor, still loving the car. If I had to buy another TSX I would go for the arctic blue.

This is the only color other than PWP I would have wanted...seriously, it's pretty damn hot!

I'm not a big fan of chrome wheels (gunmetals would look so sexy on that color), but if you like it that's all that matters.

Your car's ended up in my top ten TSX's on this site, I think. I wasn't feeling it back in the day (cf grille, then the partial bodykit and A-spec suspension, etc) but you really put a great machine together. Most on here (including me) shun chrome wheels, but your car proves that they can work.

Good stuff, man.

My only recommendation: figure something else out for the license plate! It still makes me think bucktooth. Have you considered using the "JDM style" offset mounting bracket from Strutking/ebay. I think that might look a bit better. If I ever have to put a front plate back on that is what I'm doing.

+1. the license plate ALWAYS bugs me and I get that same bucktooth image in my head. I would just use the regular license plate bracket if u need to display a front license plate.

car looks good overall.

Nice pics...I like the ride height your at, looks good.

I posted some pics of my plate relocation in this link:

https://acurazine.com/forums/acurazine-clubs-meets-15/southeast-acura-meet-atlanta-july-21-a-40510/

I'm very happy with the results.

Just took a thin piece of aluminum, bent it ~90 degrees & riveted it to the under side of the bumper.

(I'm returning the favor...your relocation pics are what got me started on this kick! )

Yea i was thinking about the jdm plate, although i need to take off my bumper to do it right. I'm not a fan of getto rig or zipties, so I gotta build a bracket or make my own.

No new rims for awhile spent the money on a d300. Probably in a year if i get a job outside school i can start saving up for a new set =)

Here you go man, check this out. Nothing ghetto or ziptie about it: http://www.strutking.com/universal/l...r/prod_21.html

PasswordJDM and eBay also have similar stuff I think, but the Strutking piece looks nice.

I'm a poor college student =) i've been pretty lucky getting used parts for my car in pretty good shape, along with rj throwing me a deal on the servos chome.

My friend bought my metal finished servos and just got them fixed.
