2006 Graphite Pearl TSX w/Metal Trim Kit *PIX*

...JUST got her less than 5days ago and wow, I love it.

...as you can see, I already had an 04' but foolishly traded
it in thinking a CSX would be worthy of a replacement..IT WASNT!

Congrats on your purchase, man. I have the same combo (but auto w/navi) ... this combo rulez! The kit is pretty hot too, where did you get it? How much? Hard to install? Perfect OEM match? Enjoy the car and prepare to become addicted!

So, it's a good idea that the CSX isn't sold in the USA?

CSX = US Civic EX with some minor tweeks ... I doubt there would be a US market for that.

it's an option you can purchase from ACURA... check with your local dealer.. but er.. not a very cheap option for 9 pieces of 'trim' with doublesided tape.

as for installation, i did it myself and it was very easy.. the tedioius parts were
removing the plastic covering off the doublesided tape and of course, lining up
the trim with the piece that it was going to stick to... take your time..and you'll
do fine.

So the guy went from a 04 TSX to a Civic then back to a 06 TSX?

And? Your point being?
Have you never made a decision you've later regretted? Or had to make changes for one reason or another, only then later to have the opportunity to revert back again to the status quo?

Seem apt to quote the saying "People in glasshouses shouldn't throw stones."

As Geico used to say "We all do dumb things" ... I admit ... I bought an '05 Accord EX 4cyl for $23K when I could have had the TSX for $5K more. So, a year later, I bit the bullet, suffered the loss, and made the change!

For my tastes, the trim kit is just way too much silver for the interior, but I'm glad the OP is happy with it. I will say, however, that Acura should've come up with one more piece right in front of the shifter... it just seems a little naked compared to the other trim panels.
