Smile 05_TSX_GP's TSX as shiny as on delivery date

Gave the car a nice wash and a rather lazy wax (Eagle One's Wax As-U-Dry ) this past weekend, then went snap-happy. Enjoy! There are more pix to come...

Thanks! But I think I can use some lessons on taking more creative shots.

What colour is yours? One thing nice about the Graphite Pearl is that dirt doesn't show up as obviously as they would on white or black cars I took a picture the week before when it was very dirty, it's hard to tell it's dirty at all... maybe I'll post that shot up later for comparison.

Really? You drive a GP (CG) as well??? I swear, the only other GP I ever see in Greater Van area is driven by a mid-age Asian lady in the city of Van itself... never seen another local GP beside BEFORE buying my own!

Where do you hang out?

no one else has comment on my clean ride and pix? Feeling neglected

Ouch... parking outside definitely doesn't help. I keep mine in the garage every night. Even if I hop back home for a short period, I insist on parking it in the garage for there are juice-dripping trees and shit-dropping birds out in front of our house

I work in Richmond (out by No.6, across way from Automall) but only make my way over to RC or Parker on the weekends (when Mrs. wants to shop there)... clearly I don't hang around the shopping malls in Richmond enough to spot all the other GP/CG in the area!

By the way, our local Honda Finance office has recently moved to the same business "parkway" as my office... loads of TSX parked there daily

Good color choice. It looks so good. especially in the shade.
You should be able to keep your car as shiny as it was during delivery as long as you keep a good coat of a polymer based wax on it.
Try meguirs NXT tech wax.

Why, thank you for the compliments and , but I didn't use anything special to clean/shine the exhaust tips... I just use the same car wash solution and scrab them with my "underside" sponge (yup, I use two sponges - one for main car body, one for underside/lower parts) Guess they still look that shiny because they haven't been too dirty/darkened to begin with

Thanks

I love Meguiar's wax... I have used their Gold Class on other my cars before and still have it stocked up. Is the new stuff NXT better?

For the wash this time around, like I said in post #1, I went the lazy route and used Eagle One's Wax As-U-Dry. First time using that and the result is pretty good (to my not so picky standards anyway). Anyone else has experience with it? (sorry, probably better suited for the "Wash..." section )
